Our Story

From Kathmandu to your table

A family kitchen that travelled from the Himalayas to Luxembourg — and kept its recipes intact.

Recipes we grew up on

Our kitchen began in the Kathmandu valley, where mornings smelled of ginger, timur pepper and freshly steamed momos. Cooking was never a job there — it was how the family said welcome.

When we settled in Luxembourg we brought those recipes with us, along with a simple belief: good food is hospitality you can taste. Dumplings are folded by hand every morning, broths simmer slowly, and the grill smokes over charcoal — the way it always has.
